Yea try this cardio barbell complex. You’ll want to barf everywhere. It’s awesome. Pardon my ugly expressions and sounds and the bad angle this is filmed from. I thought it was so hard and I’m only using 45 lb bar lol. 8 deadlifts 8 Romanian deadlift 8 rows 8 hang cleans 8 front squats 8 push press 8 back squats 8 push ups. Time a minute of rest and start over and repeat 4 or 5 times.
So I posted this 3 months ago and it popped up on my dash and LOOK HOW SMALL MY MUSCLES ARE COMPARED TO NOW. I was some kind of small child here lol.
If I ever really get into lifting, I want to get to this point.
